We all walk around with a constant stream of dialogue in our head. Generally speaking, the theme is fairly consistent depending on which voice we are giving the floor to. And therein lays all the difference between a joyfully manifested life and one that is fraught with snags, thistles and potholes. You see, we have two voice sources, one that is ego-driven (ingenious at clever camouflage) and the other that is purely, softly, lovingly from the heart. The trick is to recognize the difference between the two, and then decide which voice you want to pay attention to. Here’s a hint: the heart never lies and always, always nudges us in directions that will ultimately serve us and everyone around else perfectly. The ego, on the other hand, has fear as its motivating component and we all have experienced the consequences of living a fear-driven life.
Often we will wait until our back is against some kind of wall before we surrender to the truth of who we are. It is when all is seemingly lost, our boat appears to be sinking, the gig is up, and we think we have no where else to turn.
Ah, that is when we really get to shine. The point is, why wait until your head is the only thing that isn’t swallowed up by quicksand? Why not begin to be the brilliant sleuther you were intended to be right now, a wise soul capable of great discernment, profound knower of truth and Light Bearer Extraordinaire?
You have nothing to lose.
